The fees of the students of every academic year is fixed by school
financial committee and auditor of St. Peter’s School, Bharatpur
taking into consideration of expenses and increment in salary of
staff.

The payment of fees can be made by cash/cheques in any of the three
branches of the Oriental Bank of Commerce, Bharatpur.

Parents should retain the receipts issued to them, and produce them
as proof of payment if and when needed.

The fees must be paid for the months in which the pupil's name has
been carried on in the attendance register, even if he/she has been
absent.

The term fee has to be paid in full, even if the pupil leaves before
the term is over.

Students whose fees fall into arrears are liable to be debarred from
taking the exams and attending school; neither their Report Cards
nor Transfer Certificates will be issued till all accounts are fully
settled.
- The fees for the vacation month is to be paid in advance.

No reduction in fees is made on account of Summer and Winter
holidays or other vacations or temporary absence.

No concession in fees is entertained for two or more children coming
from same family.

Concession in fees is only for economically weak students. All such
fee concessions will be withdrawn if the student does not satisfy
the school authorities with his/her regular attendance, good conduct
and satisfactory progress in studies.
- School fees is calculated for twelve month cycle.

All certificates other than T.C. and Migration Certificate can be
issued in Rs. 25/- each per certificate.
